1. You should exercise with the Magnetic Health Hoop at least 3-times a week for 15-20 minutes.

4. For quicker results it is important to maintain a balanced diet.

5. Set yourself goals and try to keep these goals. In time you can increase your set
goals. It is very important not to force yourself to exercise if you feel tired. The
body needs time to rest.
